Returns, Exchanges, Cancellation

Our goal is that you, our customer, will have a pleasant experience when you make purchases from XMS, including returns; this is why we offer a flexible return policy. Please note the following procedures and requirements to ensure your return is hassle-free.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization (RA). Please email orders@xtrememobilesolution.com to request RA #; include your name, order number, model number, and explanation for your return. If the return is due to shipping damage, please send pictures of the damage.
We will accept unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of your purchase. Your item must be in its original condition to be returned (no holes drilled). No refunds will be issued for damaged or abused merchandise.

Returned merchandise lost or damaged during transit from you to us will not be refunded.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on any non-defective product returned.

Due to our Free Shipping Policy, the shipping cost we paid to get the merchandise to you from us will be deducted from your return.

Shipping costs for returning merchandise will be the customer’s responsibility.

Credit for returned merchandise will be issued once we have received and checked the returned merchandise. This process may take up to 6 working days to be completed.

Any damage or errors with your order must be reported within the first seven days of receiving the box.

All sales are final after 30 days.

Exchanges

Suppose you need to exchange an item after your order has already shipped. You can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the new item (you will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost of the merchandise you are returning). When requesting RA # for the return, let us know that you are placing a new order so that we may waive the 20% restocking fee.

We will pay for the shipping on the replacement product going back to your location.

Shipping costs for returning merchandise will be the customer’s responsibility.

Returned merchandise lost or damaged during transit from you to us will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

If your item has yet to ship, we can cancel your order, but your refund will be subject to a 10% processing fee with a $10.00 minimum for the cancellation.

If the item has already shipped, we cannot cancel it; please refer to our return policy.

Sales Taxes

Orders shipped to Tennessee will incur a sales tax of 9.614%.

Incorrect / Incomplete Address

Please double-check the shipping address before you complete your order. If the shipping information you provide needs to be completed or corrected (i.e., missing or inaccurate apartment or suite numbers, missing floor, when applicable), we will be charged a fee by FedEx. The cost to correct the shipping charges will be charged to the customer.
